The employee discount is my favorite thing. I currently live at a Wasatch property and I am using the employee discount which makes it possible for me to have the room I need/want for a price I can afford. The only down fall is that all of our nice properties are "full" on employee discount availability.

The make employees move out from their rental properties 30 days after end of employment - pretty much an eviction notice of 30 days. There is no option for former employees to just pay market rent, they are evicted!
