High deductible low co-pay and the other way around, that's it. High deductible is $5,000 single and $8,000 family. However they contribute up to $600 in your HSA for getting a phsyical as well as keeping healthy.

HSA instead of copays, prescriptions are at full cost until you reach a deductible.

Plan is Cigna. HSA with either high premium, low deductible or vice versa. Coverage is pretty basic. They give the option to cover a domestic partner. If you do cover your spouse or partner, and they have the ability to get health insurance through their employer, you will be charged an extra $25 per paycheck. Dependents, like children, will not be charged extra.
