The 401K plan at Wayfair is very good! Wayfair's contribution matching vests right away from day one of your first contribution.

They have some good retirement plans for different investment scenarios.

the plan is pretty standard

Wayfair matches your 401K contributions starting Day 1 up to 4%, with 1:1 ratio for the first 3% and then 0.5% for the next 2%. So if you contribute 3% Wayfair will match at 3%. If you contribute 4% Wayfair will contribute 3.5%, and if you contribute 5% or more, Wayfair will max out their contribution at 4%.

Matches 5% (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)

Company will match up to a certain %. Kicks in Day 1 which is nice.
