Health Insurance

For a fair price, my wife and I were able to get quality healthcare through Wayfair that would not have been affordable to us on the open market.

I miss Wayfair's health insurance :( they use Cigna. I only remember information about the plan I had, but it was amazing. Benefits start on Day 1. I paid $40 per pay period for just myself. The deductible was $1,500 but Wayfair paid 100% of the first half of the deductible. So there was $0 out of pocket cost for the first $750 because Wayfair paid it for you, then you would have to pay the second half of the deductible on your own ($750) and then the insurance paid 100% after deductible as long as you went to an in-network provider.

It is Cigna and pretty decent.

Not very comprehensive for families or those planning for a family. It very much more speaks to the young, healthy, single employees who do not foresee frequent doctor visits.

Fantastic. Many options for plans on a great provider with a huge network. Includes vision and dental at no cost.

Offers choice of variety of types of plans and different prices for different family size

Pretty good. Lots of doctors to choose from and low copays and premiums.

I wish they had a good PPO plan

Cigna is terrible health insurance. Worst I've ever had.
