Lots of internal training classes, live or videos or written. With links to outside sources, lots of Harvard Business Review stuff. Wayfair had a strong culture of managers encouraging employees to step up and develop their skills, including technical job skills as well as soft skills for navigating the company (communication, leadership, organization, etc.). I had 5-10 different managers throughout my time there and most were very encouraging of my growth.
