One paid day of service per year

Wayfair technically gave paid time off for employees to volunteer at a place of their choice. I forgot the exact amount but it was small, something like 1 or a few days per year. However it was a fast-paced enough environment that I knew of very few people who actually took advantage of this opportunity.
