The health insurance is great in the it's BCBS so you can go wherever you want as opposed to the company telling you where you have to go or picking your physician for you. Copays on most scripts are $10 and under excluding special medications that have no generic. Copays are reasonable $20 for PCP and most specialist are $30. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the spousal surcharge. Even if you have a family plan because you have children, you will pay for the family plan PLUS the spouse surcharge.
