Waystar switches insurance providers frequently and it's never for the better. The company brags about contributing generous amounts to offset employee premiums but in reality the premiums don't change (which would be fine if they were good or already low). They push people to get the high deductible plans but only offer $250 toward HSA card accounts which covers at most two doctors visits.
