The copay is $30, I'm not sure if that is a decent price but your also not really fully covered for dental until you pay over $3,000 out of pocket

The plan and premium changed a bit. It costs more and the service reduced. Dental can be improved as the yearly cap to me is sometimes not enough. But all in all, it is good.
