Health insurance is pretty good, you pay a portion of it not 100% covered by wework, in line with real estate and architecture firms. Other tech companies tend to be more generous.

Vision and Dental offered but packages are fairly basic. They did try to include a variety of companies across the US for employees but as the company's employee base expanded past 5k, the packages became less competitive.

Insurance is currently Aetna. It's wonderful that employees can get medical insurance and are covered day 1 by the company however Aetna isn't accepted by many providers.
