Three-tiered plan allows you to pick the level of coverage (and the amount you want to pay) that's right for you. The only think I'd like to see them add is an HMO option.

Their health insurance is pretty standard. They have HSA's and you have the option to select a PPO from BCBS with a very wide network for either plan. If you participate in wellness screenings this can save you money. The copays are typically $20 or $ 40 to see a specialist. I never needed a referral .
