100% of insurance premiums paid for yourself and a reasonable semi-monthly contribution to HSA if you pick the high deductible plan.

It is still rather expensive, most of the industry pays for full benefits unless you are a smoker. $250 a month if you are on the PPO/ $75 a month if you go with the HMO/FSA plan. I also don't think it covers as much as some of the previous employers did. My out of picket seems higher.
