Job training is decent, I would guess it depends on who it is. For me they made me sit through about 3 hours of videos that were probably from the 1960's. Then they make you take home and fill out this huge packet of questions about the workplace and rules and simple common seance things. Then employees get trained in their area for about an hour or so, them simply let go to figure out how everything works.
