Work From Home

In light of COVID-19 and keeping our employees' health and safety as the top priority, Welcome has moved to a completely remote setup. We are keeping a close eye on how the situation unfolds across all our locations and aim to decide on returning to the office later in 2021.

It's likely that post COVID, we will continue to support a flexible work schedule for all employees which includes a hybrid model (some remote and some onsite) depending on employees' as well as company needs. This also goes back to our culture of flexibility, values, collaboration, and How We Work.
