Everything is PTO and if you aren’t “part of the cool kids club” you have to use PTO for every tiny appointment even if you work extra hours the same day and even though you are on salary.

after 5 years of service, you get 3 weeks vacation and you can "bank" it year to year. Also, if you save up enough vacation, you can roll it into your 401k account.
