Short-Term Disability: WestEd pays 100% of the premium for a short-term disability plan. This plan covers eligible disabilities lasting from 15-90 days by providing income replacement of 66⅔ of an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $2,500 per week.
Long-Term Disability: WestEd pays 100% of the premium for a long-term disability plan. This plan covers eligible disabilities after 91 days by providing income replacement of 66⅔ of an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $17,000 per month.
