Blue Cross/Blue Shield so a lot of people take it. Last year they changed plan administrators and the formularies for prescription drugs seemed to be less advantageous to employees. It is a High Deductible Plan.

Only choice is High Deductible Health Plan, so if you have kids or other issues, its hard to actually save money in it and you have to 'self fund' and reimburse from the HSA.
