health insurance is available to full time employees but it is really expensive if your a single parent and counting on one income to meet all your needs.

Thru Cigna, very high deductible, no break on premiums if you are healthy or if you smoke and are very unhealthy, same premiums and deductibles. Very basic coverage.

Plan included my current doctor, but the premium the company was claiming (for the coverage being offered) was *massive* - $300/month for the "cheap" plan for employee only, $400/month for the 'expensive' plan. Comparable insurance can be purchased off the exchange for half the price. The company is paying the expenses out of pocket, and then pocketing the annual profits from the plan (ie treating workers' health care premiums as a profit center). It covered everything I need, but the price the company claimed it was paying was massively inflated.

It was good for a fast food place, bottom tier worker.
