You get lots of sick days (1 day per month). It's supposed to cover for their lack of a short-term disability benefit. Not a great option.

They don't disclose to you how much you earn and won't tell you on your paycheck as they are afraid you will use it as you get it instead of penalizing those that use excessive amounts. Not employee friendly for those that may need to plan a surgery because you have to ask your supervisor what you have accumulated.
