Annual reset for exam, frame discounts, etc.

They a vision insurance based on the healthcare plan, it was about $5 per pay period, and it covered every thing doctor visits, eyewear, prescriptions, and other services

its ok. I guess its typically for a company like this. I remember paying a lot out of pocket for my daughter's contacts.

The truth is the vision plan is not very expensive, but you can only get new glasses every 2 years. My glasses this year cost me out of pocket over $400. They did pay up to $135 for my frames, it was the lens that was expensive for me.
