Genuinely don't have anything that would fall under "worst" or negative. Wilson puts a lot of trust in their employees, so there is no micromanaging as long as you're getting your work done, there is a lot of flexibility for appointments or needing to keep sick kids home from school, but there is always support and help available if it's needed, and I hope I never have to go into an office again.
