401(k) SAVINGS PLAN (Principal)
Upon eligibility obtainment, new hires are automatically enrolled in WRI’s 401(k) plan, provided through The Principal Financial Group, at a 2% contribution rate.
Team Members may then choose to invest 0-85% of pre-tax income to their own individual savings plan with the purpose of saving for retirement, not to exceed the IRS annual maximum of $19,000.
WRI will provide an employer match at the rate of dollar for dollar on the 1st 3% and then 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2% for team member contributions up to 5% of eligible compensation. Company match vesting is 100% immediately.
Eligibility: Age 21 or older and completed 6 months of service.
