We need a stronger system

Bonus and company policies are structured to ensure that corporate employees are paid out first. Costs of corporately made decisions are forced onto the brands which has made profitability a challenge in the past. I am sure once you get to a certain level it pays out very well. But incentive plans at lower levels are pathetic.
