Workfront offers new mothers and fathers some time away to enjoy their new little bundles of joy. Our Maternity Leave allows full-time mothers six (6) weeks of paid-time-off, and an additional six (6) weeks of majority pay through short-term disability. Additionally, our maternity benefit includes a $2,000 bonus to be spent at the employee's discretion.
Workfront’s Paternity Leave allows full-time dads three weeks of paid-time-off to help with the new baby.
