We like time off. It gives employees the opportunity to not be at work. Why is that important, you ask? Employees that take time off come back to work refreshed, reenergized, and their creative juices are topped off. We like people like that. To help employees take that much-needed break, Workfront offers two types of PTO:

    For exempt employees: Unlimited PTO. You heard right. Unlimited. Without limit. Of course there's a balance, we actually need you to work. That's why we hire people. But the type of people we want to hire are those that understand this balance and bring their A-game to work. Are you that person?

    For non-exempt employees: We offer a super-awesome PTO plan that would rival any other accrued plan, and it just gets better the longer you're with us.
