Twitter offers good plans and helpful information. The actual provider (Cigna in my case) does not have very good customer service, just mediocre. But that's not really Twitter's fault.

Standard package. GP, dental, vision. Reasonable deductible. Cigna plays games with out of network claims; can be a huge bureaucratic nightmare to get claims submitted.
