Require you to submit blood and personal medical information - including on your families - or else the apply very steep "penalty fees" against your paycheck. Even with these HIPPA-violating practices, ridiculous deductibles, coverage exemptions and lack of approved physicians... it like not having insurance at all but making payments anyway.

VERY AVERAGE. CIGNA. XPO said it will overhaul the benefits 1 year after takeover of Oct 2015. It's a wait and see. This could be good or bad. I not optimistic, given the changes made already to new hires, and trying to get rid of older employees who are making higher pay-rates. MUST WAIT 1 YEAR for EYE and DENTAL; this is not acceptable given it's a relatively small expense for benefits compared to medical, from the company side.

All insurances are 80/20 plans. They used to offer 90/10 plans but they took that away.

Very good health insurance was offered to all full time employees. I found very cheaper than other employer.
