Health Insurance

I’ve really liked the Select Health insurance at Xactware. The premium for a family is roughly $300/month (you pay 20% and they pay 80%) and the max out of pocket for the whole family is only $3,000/year, which has been awesome. I’ve found that the coverage is very good and haven’t had any significant hiccups. They also offer dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental life (up to 4x salary), AD&D, short term disability, long term disability and supplemental short and long term as well where you pay a small fee to get insurance beyond the standard company offering for short and long term.
