Xerox does have an EAP program. They will give you up to 5 free visits with a mental health professional/year (usually at the MSW level) if you or a family member needs assistance with things like grief counseling, anxiety/depression, addiction issues etc.

Never really helped me when I needed it...

Pretty standard - mental health, substance abuse, anger management, grief services.

For Project-Based there is none.
