Insurance is inexpensive for individual but you have a high deductible. 401k 3% company matching. Vacation time and flexible

The worst thing is it's a high deductible plan that gets more and more expensive every year while covering less and less. There is only one plan - you're on it or not. There are no other choices. The vision has been so bad they won't cover my personal vision problems but I had to pay premiums for myself in order to cover my kids. This year they improved it and it covered my glasses, I was so excited!
