They offer a good package when it comes to health benefits.

You have to pay $1500 out of pocket before benefits kick in. After that, you're on the hook for a percentage up to $5000. I just stopped going to the doctor unless I absolutely needed it.
Best thing was having the HSA. I wish all employers had this.

It was costly with a large deductible and large co-pays. The choices were very limited.

The high deductible is way too much and the firm offers little help. There is only on plan offered.

Nothing really can say about the health insurance. It is just health insurance!

The health insurance is okay, but not great. Shortly after being hired, it was switched to a Health Savings Account. Your contributions are matched, pre-tax. You pay the first $6,000 in health bills each year, and then the insurance is supposed to pay the rest.

A selection of the minimum coverage for high deductible plan along with vision, dental, optional life and disability insurance can consume over a third of the paycheck, even with the pre-tax options and corporate contribution. This is, of course, not unique to Xerox, however, may be the reason I have to seek job with better pay to benefit cost ratio.
