Excellent job training! I enjoyed receiving training from my boss and co-workers. They ensured I had proper training.

On-the-job training is paid and standard for all who enter as a customer care assistant. The duration of training varies by client and product to be supported, typically at least 3 or 4 weeks long. The quality of the trainers, training material, training space, and hands-on product exploration are excellent. New hires are enabled and encouraged to ask questions and work to improve their individual knowledge and support skills by all available resources. Senses of teamwork and inclusion are heavily fostered.
