Performance Bonus

Performance bonuses are available to incentivize high performance such as good work attendance and/or consistently-high-scoring customer surveys. However, these bonuses are heavily weighted on factors largely beyond customer care assistant control and are generally set to very difficult goals. As a result, they are unattainable by an overwhelming percentage of customer care assistants. It is a poor and inequitable substitute for annual-or-better performance-based hourly wage increases.
