Xilinx match 50% of what the employee contribute, up to a 4% matching maximum. (So employee need to put in minimum of 8% to get the 4%). Not the best, but reasonable.

401k is through Schwab. Company matching is limited and the fund administrators are terrible. It seemed like any fund that actually performed well was removed from the specific offerings to Xilinx employees. After leaving Xilinx, I rolled over 401k to IRA to a different company as fast as I could.
