Health Insurance

Spouse will not be able to be on plan if they have access to insurance.

The best thing is the HR team at Xylem, they're great people and respond extremely quickly with concerns. But the plans themselves are still brutal. Xylem does whatever they can to save a dollar. As an example, they uprooted 200 employees in Europe and moved them into the jungles of Switzerland to save on taxes. That is the culture of this company. And it is reflected in the health benefits. Xylem has the WORST benefits I've ever seen.

The best thing was the quality of the insurance; the co-pays and coverage from the insurance. The worst, I never knew when it was going to change from day to day.

Good coverage, has gone up but still cheaper than most. Now has fairly large deductible but still offers good coverage so it's a fair trade.
