Union regulated. Just don't go over in a year especially if you have doctor's notes. They don't matter! Doctor letters are not a recognized excused absence. I have many personal "UE'S" BECAUSE of doctors notes!" Damnit!!!!!! Te company and the Union suck!!!!!!!!!
