Awful. they lie about promotions and commissions you will never make, then they will force you to quit

they train you the best in a good amount of time

theres two weeks of training, the first week of your first month, then the first week of the second month. those are in the classroom setting. the other 3 weeks of those months you're cold calling (telemarketing) to business owners and they've already been called plenty of times in the past few years (20+ times).. whats the definition of insanity again?
