Quarterly bonus is very little. only a few hundreds - so one full year the most that you can get will be less than 2k
there is no performance bonus if you are not managerial level
yearly increment is low - average is only 3% ( and remember you dont have performance bonus too, only quarterly bonus which is very little too )
