They have a bouns pending on company & personal performance. Personally I would rather get better salary increase for the year rather than the bouns as it is not guaranteed year to year and fluctuates wildly. Can be good can be bad and gets taxed heavily. I feel the salary raises get washed out by the bouns and those barely beat inflation.
