There is freedom in your day but you must be available to your clients between 9amET-6pmET. There is also a 2 hour response time caveat that is nice. This gives you a buffer in responding to a client should you have an emergency or need to run an errand/ have lunch, etc.

Working from home is okay. Sometimes, they might provide you with a company computer to use. Otherwise, you are on your own and must pay for internet, computer, headset, cell phone, and any other equipment that may be necessary. There is no tech support if you have a problem. Sometimes, clients don't even realize that Virtual Assistants work from home, and may complain about it. They do not have mentoring or training available.

Working from home means no commutes! Best thing I could ever say about working at home! However, we are allowed, and even encouraged, to work from the Las Vegas office downtown as a way to get out of the house occasionally.
