They use Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can find a doctor anywhere. The only bad thing is that it's a bit pricey, but that's more a comment on the state of health care in America than a comment on the company.

The in/out of network rules seemed very stringent and I do not remember any options to customize your plan to better suit you.

They use United Healthcare, which is a plus! For employee only w/o dependents, it’s abot $51 per pay period. The plans could be a little cheaper. Doctors office visits $25/copays.
