I'm a little indifferent to this one. I rarely get sick so it wasn't a big deal for me. It didn't seem like they were setup correctly though. A set amount of time off regardless of sick or vacation, which depended upon your tenure.

PTO 5 days. Don’t be sick your boss will harass you and write you up. I had a family issue and told a co worker to tell my boss I had to leave. He wrote me up for that and another day of PTO sick day since it was a week before month end. Bottom line don’t work here it was the most miserable place I have ever worked.
