Work From Home

During COVID and a few years after, the option to WFH was great, recently the company mandated that employees come back to the office, but there was not enough room to accommodate all employees. They had consolidated and subleased the building to outside vendors.

Hybrid work schedule before 2020 3 days in office, currently still mostly working at home with being in office maybe 1 or 2 days a month

Work From Home is TOTALLY manager-dependent. Very conservative people managers don't let their staff work from home, while other managers will work with you once you've proved yourself.
