Copay was very expensive for the coverage I received for myself and my family. The Insurance didn't cover Well Child Visits 100% as most other plans do. In addition, I had to pay an additional amount to have my spouse added to our plan (which cost approximately $120/ pay period extra to the higher rate to have the family coverage). My spouse "Qualified" to be on our plan too. Thus, should have been added at no cost.
