Pop plans allow you choice for how you pay with either lower deductibles and higher premiums or lower premiums and higher deductibles with company contribution as well.

Had on-site facility for routine physicals as well as prescriptions. Also had on-site dental and vision clinic. The primary care physician wasn't very good but the dental and vision were great.

Those who get sufficient points through health and wellness program (by doing annual physicals, metabolic assessments, etc.) can qualify for preferred HSA plan where BP contributes $1,000 per qualifying adult into an HSA account (can be used for expenses towards deductible or saved for future use).
No complaints. rarely use it. High deductible plan $1000 health credit

Health insurance isn't what it used to be but still a good plan. Includes high deductible, PPO and HMO plans. Dental insurance is good too. I would pass on vision.
