Anonymous Retail Sales Associate

Job training was not so great. I had to learn everything as I went and there were plenty of bad instances on the sales floor where I needed help from the manager because the only thing I was "trained" on was register.

Nothing to rave about, it was dual parts lazy presentations on a computer with a childish quiz at the end to make sure you were paying attention, and it was on the job training given usually by a more experienced employee.
