Maternity & Paternity Leave

All birth parents will receive maternity leave, which is a combination of paid short-term disability benefits (typlically 6 to 8 weeks) plus paid parental leave (12 weeks), for bonding with a newborn. Non-birth parents receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave for bonding with a newborn or newly adopted child.
