It was good in the early days of the company - but is no longer good or much available. The performance rating system is geared to the company benefit not the employee. You can work yourself to death with no work life balance, be a top performer and only get a 3. You are then told all kinds of garbage about how to get a 4 or 5 and even when you follow the advice and earned the high ratings, the high ratings are not given.
