At eBay, flexibility is deeply rooted in our values and culture. We offer three broad workstyles to our employees.

• Hybrid: The majority of our workforce is hybrid. These employees split their time between working remotely and onsite at a specific eBay office location. Leaders, teams, and individuals work together to determine when to be onsite to drive results and achieve business and personal goals.
• Remote: Our remote employees are primarily home-based and not assigned to a specific eBay worksite. They may occasionally travel to eBay sites, customer locations, or other locations. They are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
• Onsite: Some employees work primarily at a specific eBay location due to the nature of their job. For these roles, onsite work is an essential function of the position requiring access to specialized equipment and technology, business processes, and so on.
