Remote work at eGain is dependent on the role and location of the employee. It is primarily in effect for those in our Sales department. We also take into account the needs of our employees and handle each case on its own merit .
For those located onsite, eGain offers the flexibility of a hybrid work from home (WFH) model, with Tuesday through Thursday being the office days.
